How cell reception boosters work

We install a cell phone booster antenna outside the building that relays the signal to the indoor “booster” device and then to several indoor antennas.

The outside antenna is usually attached to a two-foot pipe connected to the roof eave. It’s about the size of a mayonnaise jar. We try to find the highest part of the property.
The “booster” is a small box that we install inside the house, possibly in a closet, out of your way.
There will likely be several indoor antena (sleek domes, a little larger than a smoke detector attached to the ceiling) that we place strategically around your property to get good coverage in every corner of the building.

Will a cell phone reception booster work on my property?

If you have decent cell phone coverage outside your building, we can probably get you a good signal inside as well.

We won’t know for sure until we do an on-site assessment and a “soft install.” This evaluation costs $250 (to cover our labor). A soft install means we place all the equipment where it needs to go. But it’s not completely installed into the house – the wires are just strung loosely around the building (a complete install would include hiding the wires in the walls and ceilings).

There is no commitment to do a full install until after you see the results of the soft install. In most cases, people are very pleased with the results of the soft install and hire us to continue with the full installation.
